Necklite – moldable immobilization collar for adults and children

The Necklite cervical collar is available in two sizes – for adults and for children. Depending on the size of the casualty, the collar can be easily shaped to fit. The Necklite immobilization collar is made of soft aluminum (0.6 mm) and covered with dense PU foam.

The Necklite collar is lightweight, slim, foldable,
and rollable, making it easy to carry in a pocket or bag. We recommend including a Necklite immobilization collar in every first aid kit and bag.

The adult collar comes in yellow or tactical grey for military use, while the pediatric version for children is blue.

Necklite features:

• Weighs only 105 grams (yellow and tactical grey); pediatric (blue) version weighs 75 grams.
• The adult collar is 550 mm long, 180 mm high, and 5 mm thick.
• The pediatric collar is 440 mm long, 144 mm high, and 5 mm thick.
• Secured with a 5 cm long Velcro strap.
• There is an elliptical opening on the back and a large oval opening on the front, which allows for a tracheotomy procedure if necessary.
• The model intended for military use is dark grey on both the inside and outside.
• The model intended for regular use is yellow on the outside and dark grey on the inside.
• The pediatric model is blue on the outside and dark grey on the inside.
• Radiolucent (safe for use in X-rays).
• CE marked, complies with EU Regulation 2017/745.
